It should ryub off but try an eraser, off a pencil.
I have found that to work for me.

would plain rubbing alcohol mess up your manicure? I think that would remove the pen mark.

My secretary is the best!!!
She told me to try Fantastik - it worked!! Maybe b/c there's ammonia in it? Glass Plus just made it all nice and shiny!

when I worked at the hospital this is what i used to use rubbing alcohol pad ....my nail polish was fine and it got the pen off
