Need help selecting chicken dish?
I am sorry for the 8,000 posts today, but I need help deciding on another chicken dish to serve at Ava's Christening. We already picked out Chicken Franchaise. We just need one more chicken dish. Here are our 3 choices. Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata (chicken pieces in a white wine sauce over artichock hearts) or chicken Scarpiello (chicken pieces, sausage, red peppers and red potatoes in a garlic wine sauce). Which do you think sounds good?? :) I was going to do chicken franchese and chicken marsala but I think they are so close??

personally I love Marsala - but so many people hate mushrooms. I think Scarpiello is a yummy and safe choice.

I would do the chicken Scarpiello cuz thats not something that people can have all the time and the chicken picata also sounds good but not everyone like artichokes

I'd say pick at least one that doesn't have mushrooms. I'm allergic to mushrooms and you wouldn't believe how many times I can only eat salad at parties b/c everything has mushrooms.
Opps! Should have read closer. I think marsala would be a good choice, people seem to like that a lot.

Scarpiello sounds yummy.... I love the marsala.. Sometimes people are hesitant to try new things and some people use opportunities like this TO try new things!! LOL.. GL!
