We Start Lamaze tonight...
Are they going to show the birth video. I'm really not in the mood to watch that. I don't think i'd ever want to see it. I've seen it once and that was enough for me...

Is it only one class or several classes? I didn't watch that until one of the last classes. And it's not that bad. If anything, IMO, it was beneficial for DH to see.

In my class (Bradley) they waited until the 3rd class to show. I did start to hyperventilate a bit when I saw how big 10 cms was...

Ours was an all day Saturday and we did see videos. We only did about 15 minutes of breathing which was the main reason we signed up

We saw a slide show - some of the pictures weren't very graphic and it was short and to the point.
I loved lamaze, trust me it will help you to get through the contractions! Breathing will help relieve some of the pain - it helped me alot with my delivery.
