Food question
I know there is a whole list of foods to stay away from, including hotdogs because of the nitrates.
My question is - ham and bacon have them too, so should we stay away from them as well?

I have never heard to stay away from ham or bacon, however, I do not eat either of them, so I may have just not bothered paying attention to that on the list

mine said the same....and to make sure all are warmed thoroughly if you eat them!
