New to TTCing

Hi Everyone! DH and I decided last month that we would try to TTC starting this month. This week has been our first week of trying. I have a few questions. First, does anyone use a lube when TTC? Really TMI- but it is kind of dry "down there"- and we were wondering what was best to use.

Also, I am a big coffee drinker- and I'm thinking that maybe I should cut down on my coffee now that we are TTC. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

You can use lube some people say thatregular lube blocks sperm-but I got PG 1st try with a little KY There is a lube you can buy online which is supposed to be the rightn formula to allow sperm to pass. It's called pre-seed. Its a bit watery but it does the job. Good luck

I've heard a lot of good things about pre-seed - I would check into that.

i just finished reading the book TCOYF
and it said that if you are dry you can even use eggwhites!! Gross, but its the same consistency of your eggwhite CM

For some reason, that doesnt seem very sanitary!!!
