So yesterday I had the Brite Smile Teeth Whitening done..

the process was for about an hour or so, felt nothing during the process. but soon afterwards i was finished, boy did i feel pain. it lasted all night. i just took me some motrin and called it a night. this morning, i woke up normal, not feeling nothing. No pain. But it was well worth it i can definitely see the difference. Much whiter!! the only thing is just the pain (feels like a spasm especially when the air hits it) feel it when you talk. the pain only lasted that night. the only thing you can't do for 24 hrs is eat or drink any foods that will stain or turn your teeth. i would reccommend having it done. this was my first time.
