baby aspirin and pregnancy
Has anyone been prescribed baby aspirin for pregnancy and had a successful outcome? I am recently pregnant but previously had a miscarriage. The doctor just prescribed progesterone and baby aspirin (just in case) - I have never had any bloodwork diagnosing any clotting disorder.
I am really nervous about any potential risks related to the baby aspirin (i.e. miscarriage, bleeding out) but I also really want this pregnancy to continue. The Dr. seemed to say there weren't any risks. I know that many people here have been on it and I appreciate any information. Sorry so long-winded.
Thanks!!

I was on baby aspirin my first trimester, many people are prescribed it and I wouldnt worry. It helps with the blood flow especially to the uterus.

I have been on Progesterone. But my doctor never said anything about aspirin. I know it is ok to take Tynelol and some other medications

I was on it for my first trimester and then at 18 weeks my doctor put me back on it with 1500mg calcium - it's suppose to help prevent pre-eclampsia.
