I'm not the owner, but my company always used Vytra. Vytra merged w/ HIP, and the HIP plans are more appealing now than they used to be. We're switching to HIP very soon.

I'm not a business owner but my husband and I work for small companies and they both use Oxford. I haven't experienced any problems with them.

I used to work for a small co. that used Aetna and it was great.
Now I have my own business and I don't carry insurance.
I use DH's which is actually pretty awful - and he works for NY&Co. which is a very large company.

Check with your local Chamber of Commerce. Being a member can get you group insurance rates and save a lot of money. We couldn't afford to pay direct and we didn't qualify for HEalthy NY.

my boss is w/ Oxford- I am not under her insurance but we are a 2 person firm.
i think it is like $400 a person or so a month
