I think I started Jenna on the Gerber puffs around 8 months since they dissolve easier than cheerios-once she mastered those we moved to cheerios and wagon wheels. Aroound 10 months we did biter biscuits like Zwiebacks. Now at 11 months she'll have nothing to do with baby food and eats whatever we have cut up small.

yeah same here pretty much around 9 1/2 10 months. I don't give her the biter biscuts cuz they are too messy. But she eats anything and everything will not eat babyfood anymore and is starting to give me a hard time with her yo baby yogart cuz she wantsto feed herself.

Emily started on Veggie puffs at nine months and cheerios soon after. Tomorrow she's one and loves feeding herself. I bought her the baby spoon from gerber with the loop handle. She'll feed herself with that some yogurt or applesauce. Granted she's lucky if she gets three spoonfuls in her mouth. But it keeps her busy while I spoon feed her the rest. As for baby cereal. Doesn't want it. She prefers pancakes. YUMMY!

I just started giving Cassidy wagon wheels within the past couple of days, and she's 7 1/2 mos. I break them up into little peices. They dissolve so quickly. Haven't tried the other things yet.
