I have to admit that I havent done a thing this month....
I set my CBFM day 1 and haven't tested nor have I temped or anything else for that matter. I am concentrating on losing weight and working on my house and getting mentally ready to see the new RE on Thurs., and I cant believe how much less stressed I am.
