When to start solids if Baby has food allergies...
Sidney is 4 months old and I am wondering when the Dr. will recommend we start solids. She has a milk allergy ( I am BFing). Thks

How's her appetite? I think it mainly depends on how much she's currently eating and how well she holds her head up. Christopher had quite an appetite and we started a little earlier than 4 months. He doesn't have a food allergy though, so I'm not sure if that would've affected anything.
