getting DH tested....
can some please tell me what we need to do? where to go? DH would like to see someone in the Garden city/mineloa area thanks

I believe he can get a semen analysis done at any quest lab. If you ask your ob/gyn, they will give you a RX

You will need an RX from a dr first and the only Quest that does it is in Syosset...
Your obgyn should be able to send it out for you as well or if she recommends a reproductive endocrinologist they usually are equipped with the labs to do it.
PLEASE check with your insurance comapny. I know about the Quest in sypsset because we deal with Quest at my job and some peoples contracts require that they use ONLY quest ( no Hosp. or RE labs) ...

we have the RX but havent done it yet, and my OBGYN rec the quest lab in bethpage on hempstead turnpike.
