Embarrassing moment but funny
Quick summary: My cousin's birthday was this weekend and her boyfriend is a loser, so I took her out for good times on friday. Started at happy hour at 6pm and didnt leave til 1am!!  Suffice it to say, I had way too much to drink!  (didnt drive though!)
Went to the dentist yesterday and I was filling out the questionnare. One of the questions was if I had an alcohol problem. I checked no  . It then asked how many alcoholic drinks I've had in the last week 
OK, maybe I do have a problem

That is too funny.
Maybe they need to know the state of your liver in case you need anesthesia or something.
