Does anyone know who I can contact in NYS regarding my insurance company?
I need to complain about them so they dont continue to take advantage of people, saying you are covered with verbal confirmation and then 3 months later send a letter-oops no youre not covered- AFTER you have the procedure done!!!!!. im dealing with this from before I got pg with the HSG. so 
if anyone knows please please let me know, thanks!!!

If you got a verbal "yes" to cover a procedure, I would ask your Insurance company to pull the tapes that they recorded (of your conversations) for quality assurance. It's worked for me on a few occassions.
