Red rash
Jared seems to be getting a red rash on his cheeks (face ), it's not baby acne, at least, it doesn't look like it. It looks and feels dry. Could it be part of the teething process? {I'm becoming neurotic with all these question}

Re: Red rash
Definately could be teething. All the drool. Sarah had this on her chin yesterday. I used Cetaphil lotion and she looks fine today.

Re: Red rash
My son has the same thing. I think it is from all the drooling and the weather. I put a little Aquaphor on it in the AM and before bed.

Re: Red rash
I read that it can be caused by the drooling from teething.

Re: Red rash
I don't know if its the same thing but Aidan always got a little red, or "flushed" on his cheeks when teething and it seemed to coincide with the side of the mouth they were sprouting in on too.

Re: Red rash
Yep, it sounds like a mix of teething and perhaps the change in temperature.. Maybe you can use some Aquafor on his face. It forms a barrior from the drool.
