anyone else have a bad PG dream?
last night was horrible! I woke up in such a panic!
I had a dream that I went for a sonogram (an internal, like they do early on) and afterwards I was bleeding- heavily and it was (TMI) clumpy-like when I was miscarrying in real life, only it wasn't red red, it was more of a purpleish red.
Then as they bring me back inside, whoever had done the sonogram says "oh yea, you were saying how it hurt and then you passed out"
Then I woke up.

Thanks Jennifer! I guess it's just a fear...but I'm 12 weeks tomorrow which means my chances of miscarrying are so slim, they are slim now too because we got the heartbeat.

I have to agree, I've had dreams but not like that, it must be your sub conconsious worries, which is totally normal considering you've had a miscarriage. This baby is not going anywhere!

I had a dream like that the other night...I went to the bathroom and there was blood everywhere...It felt so real, I woke up and checked just to make sure.

Re: anyone else have a bad PG dream?
In the beginning I had a couple panic type dreams then I had some really odd baby dreams and now I have general bad dreams somewhat often that have nothing to do with the baby. I am sure it all has to do with the hormones.

Re: anyone else have a bad PG dream?
Shana, it's totally normal - especially more so for women who recently experienced a miscarriage. The anxiety is always there and makes its way into your dreams... I had that EXACT dream about 10 weeks into my second pregnancy... I was at the Dr.s office and then all of a sudden I started bleeding and passing tissue. I woke up horrified, but here I am, 27 weeks into the pregnancy, and just fine...
