It is amazing...it just stinks that they don't take reservations or call aheads, so you wait a long time. One night, we had a 3 hour wait at 9pm! We left of course!

All their food is great but I also think that the one in Commack is alot better than the one in Massapequa.

Am I the only person who doesnt like Ciao Baby? I think so...I live in Massapequa and the one here is always jam packed. We ate there once and I was nauseated by my DHs meat sauce. I cant even explain.... but it was over 2 years ago and the memory stays with my whenever I pass the place I feel sick. Not anything foreign thrown in the food, just the way it was prepared. The bathrooms were nasty, the place was so loud and the server sat at the table with us to take our order.

Nope - I hate that place...I can't stand the noise, the singer in the place singing at you, I thought the food was mediocre at best and I didn't like the whole layout. BTW, I went to the one in Commack and hated it, then they opened the one in Massapequa so I ended up going there with a friend and hated it just as much.
