Did anyone read "Down Came the Rain: My Journey Through Postpartum Depression." by Brooke Shields

I haven't but wanted to get it after Christmas. Part of me really wants to read it but another part (considering our infertility struggles right now) is not sure if I could.
I think it might be one of those books that's really hard to get through but afterwards you are glad you read it.

my best friend did and she has 2 kids, 18 months apart. She said it COMPLETELY justified everything she felt and it made her feel better knowing someone else was experiencing the same things.

I read it. I thought it was very good. It's especially good for somebody having trouble conceiving or experiencing postpartum depression (obviously). I think I especially enjoyed it, because I could relate to it. It made me feel like I wasn't alone.

i read it and I treat a lady in my private practice who is going through PP depression, it is a must read for any mom-to-be!!!
