I swore to my DH that I wouldn't watch it this season. 
I don't want to give away a spoiler,
but he strings 2 women along until the very last rose ceremony(after making out with at least 6 others) and tells the one he picks that he thinks she's awesome! Then he gives her a ring that looks alot like an engagement ring, but it's really a "maybe-I'll-marry-you-oneday-unless-I-come-to-my-senses ring".

some of them got married-- Byron and Mary got married-- and of course Trista and Ryan-- and I think Meredith and Ian did as well. And Charlie is still engaged I believe.
