Not sure what board this should be on...forgive me.
Not to give too much info, but FH and I had a little "accident" on saturday. I went to get Plan B (Emergancy Contraception) as a precaution, but the first pill is making me sick and I have 2 big interviews tomorrow. I am debating if I want to take the second pill at all (bad I know, but I feel really sick  ). The thing is I am wondering if it's really an issue because I am about a week or so away from AF (actually should be getting it in about 5 days). Is it a big deal? I don't mean to share so much personal stuff, but the doctor I saw today would not answer any of my questions. I asked this question specificly, but the woman I saw (not my regular doctor) said I will be fine and pushed me out the door.

You can call and ask them for an anti nausea medication to go with it.
You need to take both pills in order for it to work.

I dunno except for saying which would be worse for you right now.. possibilty of blowing two job interview because of not feeling well or the possibilty of getting pregnant maybe getting the job and having morning sickness and then a baby in 9 months?
Best of Luck either way. Unless you track your ovulation and periods monthly there is no way to say if you O'd early or late this month so you could be in the clear or you might not be especially since most women aren't textbook.

Not to be so negative- but I would worry about what the first pill may do if the second pill doesn't finish.
I would definitely find out before you decide not to take it.

But - to your question, yes you can get PG a week before your af is due.

One thing that the doctor said is that it won't do anything to a baby if it does not take. She said this because the pill is only 75% effective. I am taking the secons pill as directed on the package though, cause you all are right.
