That's honestly one of the most ignorant comments I've heard in awhile.
Yes, you know, there's a lot of red tape surrounding the WTC site, but it's definitely NOT the same situation as New Orleans, and why even bring NY into it. It's a whole lot more than a hole in the ground...maybe he should come up and see it, and also see how much development there's been in lower manhattan, and how well we've recovered. I was just in lower manhattan yesterday and FH and I pointed out at least 10 gigantic apartment buildings and office buildings that were NOT there when we started HS 10 years ago. We pointed out how during our freshman year we had an unobstructed view to the WTC and WFC and now there are at least 6 major 30+ story buildings directly in between.
