No pics yet, but is anyone interested to buy (my sister's) a co-op in Holtsville?
Near Mama Lombardi's? My sister is selling her immaculate place....she's asking $189 but is flexible. 1 bed, 1 bath...hardwood floors. My dad has made this place into a Pottery Barn showpiece for her! It's really cute. The community is called Birchwood Glenn...pool gym, the works. Hopefully she will send me pics soon.
Edit: the floors are actually parkay (sp?) like city style...wood squares. Not regular hardwood. I think they look cool, though.
Huge storage closet; cute kitchen. No dining room. Huge bedroom...she has a queen-sized bed, 2 dressers, and a treadmill in there
