Question about Insemination
The doctor said I will be ready for insemination on Friday. Will I be able to go back to work immediately after the insemination or do I need to take it easy and lay down for a while?

you can really do either - I did both - unsucessfully unfortunately
You will stay on horizontal for 20 - 30 minutes after the IUI

I always went to work. But, next time (which would be #4), I think I am going to take the day off and maybe get a massage.

Have you considered massage before the IUI to relax you? I have no experience, but I used to do acu before the IUI to relax - of course my IUIs didn;t work...

I really want to take the day off and get a massage but my coworker is taking off friday for the holiday so I can't take off.

I also did both and unfortunately, none worked. The next step is medicated IUI.
