I just got The Biggest Loser DVD today . . .
and I did my first day's workout of the 6 week program.
Now I am by no means a workout buff in any way shape or form and am very aware of my limits, HOWEVER-
Is it me or is the "LOW intensity cardio" not so LOW? It really was some azz kickin' 25 minutes!
I do love the video though. The moves are very simple and it is nice to do a video and see REAL people exercising, struggling with the form and intensity.
I definitely recommend it based on my first glance, I will update as I use it more each day . . . .

yea, people from the show do the workouts, with help/ guidance from the trainer. The high impact aerobics had me sweating my butt off!

It was $8.09 free shipping and no tax!
I did the sculpting workout today (day 2) and it was really good! I really liked it- it was easier than the "Low-Intensity" cardio part that gets done in rotation with it, but still a good workout!
