Restless Arm Syndrome?

Ok, I know we have talked about Restless Legs, but what about restless arms?

I wake up many times at night because I'm not sure where to put my arms. lol

They aren't comfortable anyway I bend them. And if I find a comfy spot they start tingling and go numb.

I had that problem kinda of....I developed carpul tunnel while pregnant and while I was sleeping my hands would go so numb it would wake me up because it hurt so much. Nothing I did helped, sorry

There's an article in the April issue of Alternative Medicine magazine. It's called "kickin restless legs syndrome" but it talks about the arms too.
