Mine does, we almost had to go in front of the condo's lawyer and board because my neighbor kept complaining verbally and written about my dog.
If he won, the condo board could have made us get rid of her.

Not in mine. You have to put complaints in writing with your name to the board, and even then for our area they just sent out a "reminder" to everyone about the quiet hours (we had an upstairs neighbor who liked to do laundry at midnight...).

We've never gotten anything sent to us because of noise...and we are the loudest people in our co-op. Once my anal DH was vaccuming late at night and our neighbor was banging on our wall...

Our condo complex is very strict about noise. Someone behind us owns 2 dogs and my other neighbor complained to the point that the condo board got the Town involved. Once the town gets involved it generally gets ugly.

My neighbor likes to blast his surround sound at all hours...not much gets done!
