I feel your pain. My job is starting to drive me insane.
in a nutshell, my boss puts a lot on my plate. she doesn't give the 2 other guys as much since they make mistakes. she knows i'll do it write. when i pile a lot on the plate, im bound to make mistakes. it was a small one. i had to fix someone else's mistake today. then she said i changed a formula when i didnt
