OMG! I am crying right now. 
I hope that dog can have the surgery. There has got to be some vet out there that would donate the surgery or discount it.

This is the same shelter that took the Golden Retriever from Manorville a couple of months back.
I hope they raise enough money. This dog seems to have 9 lives.

AAHHHH this is heartbreaking!
But I have to stop looking. I cant afford to pay my bills and Im making checks out left and right for all these charity cases, cause I feel like it will eat at me if I dont donate even a few dollars.... I just know if it were me, I would be praying for people to do the same...

i agree. it aggrevates me that "some" vets seem to be in the business for the money rather than the animals. i told my vet the other day about the dog that i am going to foster and asked if she offers a discount for rescues and she said, "no, because there are too many".

Tell me about it. My last vet said that they would not discount unless we brought 5 or more pets in.
I mean we have 5 dogs, plus our parent's dogs, my sister's cats all the reptiles etc...but really how many other people do? And at that point your 10% is not really helping....
I hope someone will help
