Thoughtful Communion Gifts?
Hi,
We have two Communions on May 13th. Both are for very special girls in our lives. I wanted to get them something personal, instead of money.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking of going to Things Remembered, but I don't know what to get.

I would give jewelry. I still have necklaces and pins that my grandmothers and great aunt gave me for different occasions and still wear them.

I think jewelry is a great idea. I still wear the earrings my uncle gave me as a communion gift. I also have some rings that I received that I will be passing on to my children (if I have a girl)!

I like the religious jewelry if it is for an occasion that is religious, like a communion or confirmation, but that is my taste.
One of my aunts gave me a silver disk with my monogram engraved on it. It was very simple, but I love it and still wear it sometimes.

For my communion, my aunt got me a gold charm that said First Holy Communion & the date. I loved it and thought it was great.
