quick cooking ?- london broil
I'm planning on broiling a london broil tonight (no way I'm going outside to grill) and I'm just wondering how long I should broil it for. I've looked at a bunch of recipes and some call for 4 min. per side, and others call for 10 min. per side. The cut is not as thick as some other london broils I've seen.

Re: quick cooking ?- london broil
I usually do 7-8 minutes a side and then take it out, cover it with foil, and let it rest 10-15 minutes.

Re: quick cooking ?- london broil
I would say 4-5 min on each side, remember it will cook a little more when you take it out and let it rest.....
