Tomorrow is "Dance Monkey Dance Monkey" day at the office
We got told by the COO that everyone has to be in by 9am (we have different shifts), it will be OT but no if's, and's or but's, you have to be in by 9am and working.
We have 10 big shots coming in at 10am for a tour of the office. a stinking 15 minute tour the entire office has to be in suits, desk incredably neat, and no trash in your can. No talking loudly (like we normally do), no socializing at your co-workers desk, basically be at your desk and working. All for a 15 minute show to the big wigs.
I am so dreading tomorrow. Especially having to be in a suit all day just so we can all put on a show for 15 lousy minutes.
Basically tomorrow is all show for a stinking 15 minutes.

Be glad it's just 15 minutes!! I used to work an the U.S. Subsidiary of a huge British company and once a quarter, all the bigwigs would fly over from London and they'd be in the office for a few days at a time!!!

Oh gosh that is next week. We have the executive committee coming in next week to tell us how we are doing everything wrong and not up to their standards. Thank goodness next week I am on vacation all week

can you bring a second outfit with you to change into? I know I would...I couldnt last all day in a suit.

Deb I think thats what I am going to do. Bring a change of clothes this way once the big wigs are gone I can get into my comfy work clothes.
I cant believe I am sitting here debating if I want to wear black or blue and trying on my suits.
