Apartment buildings in Nassau or Suffolk?
Where are some good apartment buildings/communities in Nassau or Suffolk? I've always rented in houses - but I have a friend who specifically wants not to rent in someone's home.....and she wants it in a decent area.
Any suggestions are appreciated!!

there are tons of buildings in Long Beach- but the parking is a PIA

I forget the name of the community.

Thanks - no further east than islip.
I used to own a co-op at the Woodlands in Islip and I really liked living there. When I sold my place many of the rentals were being sold for ownership, but I think they were keeping a % for rental.

We lived in Lake Grove Apartments (actual name ) for almost 5 years and we loved it there. We loved Lake Grove so much we bought a house here

For the past year and 1/2. I have lived in Richlee Gardens in Mineola. It is a very nice complex with Garden apartments.
