ughh cant sleep
Ok i had 1 to many mimosas at the Bridal shower today so when i got home i crashed out and took a longgg nap 
Sooo now i am wired and cant fall asleep!!
got any ideas

i cant sleep either
i put on a cd of relaxing music, but it was keeping DH up!

I hate that! I tend to nap when I get home and then can't get to sleep at night.
My suggestion is to drink wine!

If i do that i think after all the drinking i had this weekend i would officially be an alcoholic

this is true... usually the computer screen makes my eyes heaving and i get more tired. but not working tonight

me neither....
I even took benadryl, and its not putting me to sleep. Sometimes it has the reverse effect at me and keeps me up.
ARGH!!!

turn off all the lights..the TV.. the computer, get into bed and clear your mind... it has worked for me before when in a similar situation..also I used to have one of those waterfall things and listening to that used to put me out as well...good luck...hope you get some
