Dumb question about powdered formula
Do you use bottled water or tap water?

Re: Dumb question about powdered formula
If I am out I use bottled water that I carry with me. At home I use filtered water from the fridge and warm it. If you use tap water you should boil it first.

Re: Dumb question about powdered formula
I used bottled water. You can use either one but you should boil the water first then let it sit for room temp. at least thats what I did.

Re: Dumb question about powdered formula
I used bottle water if I had it available and tap if I had nothing else. We have pretty good water in Greenlawn. If you have a local water issue, obviously use the bottled water or boil the tap water.
Maybe that's why my kids don't listen - it was the tap water, wasn't it?

Re: Dumb question about powdered formula
i used to use RTF - but I found it took forever to warm the bottles. Now I use powdered. I use bottled water - I nuke the water for 20 sec then add the powder so the bottle is already warm!

Re: Dumb question about powdered formula
I live in Queens so my pediatrician actually recommended I use tap water since it has fluoride in it.
