That is so sad!!!!
When we were in Florida my SIL and BIL were loading their 4 kids into the car. WE were puitting my nephew in our car and we hear my SIL go OMG... I turned around I go whats wrong. Shes like Kristin there is a little girl in this car!!!  Its hot in florida. some lady left her KID sitting in the car while she went shopping. WELL we called the police. AND then the lady came out. she had the nerve to say "is there a problem" I was like huh??? ITS 95 DEGREES OUT AND YOU LEAVE YOUR CHILD IN THE CAR WITH THE WINDOWS ROLLED UP (NO AC) SOME PEOPLE IN THE WORLD CANT HAVE KIDS AND YOU JUST DONT CARE ABOUT YOURS!!! She just shrugged her sholders and drove away I wanted to beat her down.

An animal should never be left in a vehicle under any conditions... but when its THIS hot outside? OMG its a miracle that you came along when you did, or else I'd hate to think of what would have happened to puppy

And my SIL and BIL have 4 kids. They have no problem going to the store and bringing all 4 of them in the store with them. I think she could manage 1.

Well in florida they take any kind of abuse or neglect really serious!
My BIL and SIL went to eat one day. The youngest daughter started throwing a fit that she didn't have ketchup or something. My BIL said thats it we are going outside so everyone can eat in peace. They got up went outside. Someone actually called the police who almost arrested my bil for "YELLING" at his daughter. So it was probably better the police handled it.
