i bite the hell out of my cuticles
i was in a meeting last week and my finger was gushing blood
it was pretty gross - i had to ask for a bandaid twice
if there is nothing to pick i will bite the skin until there is- then peel it until its not there
its SOOO gross but i cant help it

I chew on the skin around my finger nails. It's gross.
I also chew on the inside of my cheeks. It drives my DH crazy.
OMG I do the exact same things!! DH tells me that I look so weird when I am chewing my cheeks b/c sometimes I will push my knuckles into them to bite them  .

I don't think mine are weird, bit I bite my cuticle and nails. If I'm really nervous about something and I'm alone, will **** my thumb. Terrible habit, but it is comforting.

I play with my hair uncontrollably...always twisting it around my finger...when I'm stressed I twist it until it locks up into what looks like knot - then move onto another piece and do the same...sometimes I forget that I did that and I walk around with these little knot looking things in my hair...

I grind my teeth and clench my jaw. Not good for a person who has TMJ (Lockjaw)!
I do the same thing as well as being a chronic cuticle biter.
