Wonder what the inside looks like
The taxes are $9200
But with star that should take it down $1000 or $1200 at least - still high though
Good Investment
Property is 100X100
Someone go look at this and let me know how it looks

Taxes are $9257.73
Right now there is Enhanced Star on the property - which is for senior citizens - I am thinking this is an estate sale.

Yeah but with Star and Greiving them, they could be pretty decent. Also you gotta remember that the property is 100X100

It may be in the levittown school district vs. wantagh -- that could lower the price.

If it was in Wantagh the taxes would probably be lower. Levittowns taxes are usually a little higher than most towns, but their star benefit is usually higher too - Around $1400 a year.
I am thinking it is an estate sale - since the seller has enhanced star on the house now, the price is low, and the house needs updating. My house was an estate....

Yeah, very good condition means gut it and it looks like it might back to the SSP. As for the taxes, I guess it would depend how big the house is. I've seen worse!

You could probably offer $290 and then gut it. Grieve the taxes, put $50K into it and it could be a great house.

The woman emailed me back - It is 100% original on the inside - but Still that can be good - because then you can renovate it to the way you want it.

i live 10 blocks north of the SS and still hear the traffic when my windows are open. but i dont think it would deter me- just maybe a factor on why the price is so low

I am just thinking that since it is 100% original, plus it is an estate sale and they want to sell it at the first open house, just like they did with my house, then they would price it low....

this is the type of house i grew up in and my fav levitt - def worth looking at!! the area by SSP is nice and really is pretty quiet - good luck!
