i wonder if they're going to test the other residents too though. I know it doesnt take away from the severity, but i really dont want to think about a "normal" (and i use that term lightly) human being having the capacity to commit such an act
i feel so much for that mother too. I know how hard it is having one child in that situation, but 2? i just couldnt imagine.. and now, to have this to deal with

My cousin is 26 and severely mentally handicapped. My aunt and uncle had to fight for years to take precautions against something like this. She had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. She lives at home currently but they were thinking towards the future if and when she's ever transferred to a facility. It's very sad to have to think about this, but someone who cannot communicate needs to have their well being looked after.
Both those girls should have been on birth control or gotten hysterectomies.
It's horrible that someone raped this poor girl and now her handicapped body must carry a baby to term. It's just too much to bear.
