We usually chip in for our supervisor and I will pick something small up for my assistant.
I think thats it. With our group of friends we do a secret santa to make it easier on everyone.

Probably about 25 people.
ETA- I forgot my nieces and nephews in that count..I have 11 nephews and 2 nieces....They get a $10 gift each..
