it sort of replaces your CM...it helps the spermies get to where they need to go

hmmm...i am not really sure..I would try drinking a lot of water and try to make your own cm first...that is what I am doing and I think it is helping

I have also heard that you can take Robitusson...just the guafinasin syrup and that will help you make CM...
The Pre-Seed seems to work though, I have heard some success stories. I think you have to buy it online.

Drinking a lot of water helps! Im on Atkins and I have to drink a lot of water and it's made a big difference in CM.
Donna, personally I think you should wait, TTC on your own before you go spend money.

If you are taking clomid like I did, no matter how much water you drink it will not make enough cm. Clomid makes you very dry, I had no CM when taking clomid (that is a side effect of it). We had to do IUI but when we BD (the day we had our IUI) we used the preseed and it helped so much.

i am considering purchasing pre-seed in the future...but one thing that has worked for me, is vitamin A but not literally taking the pills but by drinking a lot of carrot juice. I purchased vitality from trader joe's....and it's sort of like v8 splash but you can literally taste the carrots. I drank, a lot of it.....and i had ewcm. Eating baby carrots helps too....along with a lot of water. Robitussen, works, if you have creamy cm, and you want to thin it out...it doesn't give you cervical mucus though, it just helps to thin out what you already produce. I am telling you girls, trader joe's Vitality ,....give it a try :)
