Are you worried about the bird flu?
I wasn't worried, until I read this:

And i heard the other day that NY state has a "plan" asking people to stock up on 2 weeks worth of food and water in case of quarantines.

I'm worried about it somewhat. I was just reading an article in Foreign Policy magazine about the way that SARS was mishandled in China - I'm worried about a pandemic period, whether it's bird flu or something else.

My boss actually has been at a meeting these last 2 days about the Bird Flu. Conf Calls every other week at 7am about the Bird Flu and I am sure I will hear some stories upon his return. And DH and I will be traveling to China next January to adopt our baby...
