i'm i n marine park, about 15-20 from b ay ridge. when i go to roosevelt field, it takes about 40 min. hope that helps

Keep in mind thought the Belt Pkwy can be VERY unpredictable. If there is an accident it can take hours. I'd leave some extra time.

Took me almost 1.5hrs from Massapequa once! There weren't even any major accidents, just lots of traffic on the Belt.

My IL's live in that area and I am in Wantagh-with NO traffic it is 45 minutes-but the Southern State and Belt can be unpredictable. I would say on average it take us about an hour, maybe a few minutes more when there is the "regular" traffic--like congestion on the Belt by the airport but no accidents.
