Big boy room/slanted walls question
I was wondering if any mommies had their toddlers in the upstairs room of a cape (where the walls were slanted) and what colors you did in their room. In the new house that we will be moving into, Jared's room will be upstairs...one side will be his bedroom, the other his playroom. I will have to do a big boy room (sniff sniff.. he's getting so big) and I have no idea what to do!
I've seen beautiful rooms that parents have posted here on the boards but never rooms with slanted walls. If anyone could post pics or give me ideas, that would be great!
TIA!

Re: Big boy room/slanted walls question
Sydney is not a toddler yet but she is in a room with slanted walls. The first few weeks I'd forget and pick her up off the changing table or crib and bang her head...now I know. I think it will be fine once she has her twin bed too.

Thank you for responding...
I'm sure I'm going to do my share of head banging.

Re: Big boy room/slanted walls question
We're in a cape w/ the slanted walls...and yes, have banged my head a few times! I just did a light blue color b/c it's still a nursery right now. It's a really nice color, Caribbean Mist by Benjamin Moore. Sorry I can't be more help!

Re: Big boy room/slanted walls question
One of my girlfriends just did her son's room upstiars in her cape. Blue walls, dark blue carpet and a sports theme. Turned out really cute. Sorry, no pics.
