does anyone take folic acid
My neurologist put me on folic acid 400mcg
i have to take them three times daily i just bought it today so i took one! I have a question how many hours should i take them apart? i have to take it in the morning, afternoon and evening! is 4 hours good or is that too close? T.I.A.

i know but is it ok if i take it every four hours or is that to close to one another i dont want to overdose!

My ob-gyn has me taking 800-1000mcg a day, and I take it all at once. Its in my prenatals
