FOUND a crystal light substitute!!
hey guys i saw your post the other say regarding crtsyal light has aspartme (sp?)
i drink the little packets you can put into the water bottles......
4C mixes are made with splenda!!! i think they a re all ice tea mixes though flavored ice tea
just thought you would all like to know....

Splenda is Sucralose... IMO without the long term studies its on the same level as aspartame. When you take out a chromosome it CAN'T be the same as sugar!

Some DR's say it is ok. I never asked my DR, and he didn't tell me anything. Me personally, I stay away from anything but real sugar.
