I am not a brain surgeon or an ER doctor - I am a training manager. No one will die or be otherwise scarred for life if I do not handle a call or email today.

I am a professional woman who has worked for the company for 7 years. I will handle it tomorrow and catch up on everything I missed.

why is it you have certain people you favor in other words why do some people get special treatments if they do something wrong like take a 45 minute break when its suppose to be a fifteen break you let them get away with it now if we would to do that which i wouldn't we would get in trouble and also why would you not write someone up for talking and standing around and get away with it and when i did it one time you had a talk with me even though i did not get written up you still told me not to do that and everyday these same people do the same thing and no talk with them.

Please stop playing martyr. You are an insane workaholic and you have no life. Please stop staying at work until 9PM at night and complaining about it to me. Please do not expect me to stay at work that late just because you do. I get my work done and go home while you BS for long periods of time and that causes you to stay later than you need to.
Also please stop complaining to me that you need a guy. Maybe if you get your work done, you can go home at a decent hour and go out and meet people. And no, my husband doesn't have any friends for you.

1) No it is not unreasonable to expect a raise after two years of employement. If I was that bad of an employee- you would have fired me by now.
2) Commission is not a subsistute for base salary.

Can I hit the girl that sits next to her over the head with a hammer and hopefully knock common sense into her brain. Boss why do you let those 2 woman get away with being complete morons? The one across from sits on the phone with her guy friend who she calls husband aka the father of her baby who never wants to marry her and ignores all other calls. I would seriously like to hit her and not get written up. Do you think you could look the other way for 5 minutes?
