No, the elevator is not slow again today.... the reason why it hasn't opened up on the 1st floor yet, is because you HAVE TO PUSH THE BUTTON

As an aside, i love when people think that if they hit the button 8 gazillion times, it will make the elevator move faster. Yes sir, there are people in that wall that when slammed against work even quicker to get 'er movin!

Seriously the button is LIT up - pounding on it over and over ain't gonna make the elevator come any quicker

OMG!!! I just recently saw a lady doing this someplace, I mean literally every couple of seconds she would press the button. I sooooooooo wanted to say "hey lady....the little critters are pulling the cables as fast as they can"
