This house has been on the market foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I think when we were closing with ours and its been a year and a halfmlsli
They have dropped the price so many times, its odd looking

I agree... very strange looking.
IMO, must be something wrong with if it's been on the market for a year & 1/2! especially in that area.

I agree... very strange looking.

the brass railing doesn't bother me as much as the pink lighting (or is that pink paint)

The house isnt that bad. Not a bad area and THINGS CAN BE CHANGE BUT Id definetly say something is wrong with it if its been sitting that long (and I don't mean cosmetics)

its big, but ugly. yes the inside can be fixed, but the extensions look pieced together - no flow at all..

not surprised it hasn't sold. it is overpriced, outdated and in excellent condition.
note to relator, take a hint and drop the price EVEN MORE...WAY MORE. if you are or the seller are not willing to budge on that, then i would HIGHLY suggest that one of you march yourself over to home depot buy a few gallons of paint, a few rollers and start painting. purple room first and then move your way over to those hideous brass railings. next thing on the lislr is to rip out that god awful carpet and install something that is at least pleasing to the eyes.

exactly! Im always told to look at the "bones" of the house. Everything else is easly changeable.
that house has one ugly skeleton!

I don't know the area, but it looks right next to sunrise and the LIRR tracks...coiuld that deter buyers (in addition to the outside)?
