Tips for shopping with baby?
I'm going to venture out with the baby to do the food shopping today. I hope it's not too ambitious at his age. Any tips for helping it to go smoothly?
Also, does the carseat really snap into the shopping cart (someone told DH that)?

Bring a blanket! I know its warm outside but the stores are cold, especially the grocery store. The carseat should fit into the cart. Good luck.

Time it so that it's in betweeen his feeding. I went on a target run once and had to stop shopping to feed him.
The carseats usually snap and lock in the rail by the handbar.

carseats do snap into the cart I agree do it in between a feed so you don't have to stop and feed or deal with a cranky baby in the store or the drive home

I used to go real early in the morning too and he would sleep right through it. Bring your diaper bag and a blanket
