So sick of people who "Opps, get pregnant"
We went to a BBQ today and there was a friend of my DH's with her 5 month old gorgeous baby boy and someone goes "Congratulations" and she stares at her husband and goes, "You told" Husband looks baffled...She then blirts out "I am 11 weeks pregnant and we didn't plan this at all"
I am thinking, "AUWWWW Lif ***** for you, want to trade and fill your body up with injectibles with the hope that maybe you will have a child" B*tch......
OKay, vent over!!!!!

I understand! We have so many "whoops" Babies around us lately, it kills me. It is NOT suppossed to be so hard, but It is and I always say, that our babies when they come will only have to look in our eyes to know how deeply and truly they were wanted and how we would go to the ends of the earth to have them.
Hang in there, we understand!

I know it's tough, and I feel the same way. it's so hard to hear. When I vent to DH, he always says that our babies will always know how much they were wanted!!!

Last week I told you about a 23 year old with 5 kids (6,4,3,2, and 2 months). well two days later ACS called me to find out if I thought she was capable of caring for them and they are planning to remove them from her custody

I also hate it when a newly wed couple says that they want to wait and enjoy being married before having babies......and Bam!!!!!....9 mos later they are preggo. This has happened to a few of my friends.

i hear ya
what bugs me too, is everyone around me that got married around the same time as me (2003) is pg or has a 1 yr old etc...and I feel like everyone is looking at us, like what are you waiting for? But only very few people know. Our parents don't even know.

I completely understand. My Hubby and I have been together for 15 years and married 11 of them. We decided to wait when we first got married and tried a few years later (when I was 29 or so). Now five years later we are still trying!!! People come up to me and say, "when are you two going to have kids"???? Are you going to have kids? I use to beat around the bush and say, "hopefully soon" or "we are going to start trying shortly". Now...I say, well hopefully this IVF cycle it will work.......or well we are going to our 6th infertility specialist so I'll have to let you know.....lol - you have to see their faces....now I just make people feel guilty for asking. They will think twice before asking another couple!!!

I'm one of those "oops" people but I have PCOS and I NEEEEEVER thought that my journey to motherhood would have turned out like that especially with the history of family fertility issues. I guess each person's journey is nothing they thought it would be.
I've learned that people can be super insensitive when it comes to having kids. I've heard some really horrible comments when I was pregnant and to other friends who I knew were trying but kept it quiet. The stupidity never ends. I know its hard to ignore the comments but know that you are above them and that you're stronger for what you're doing.
I read your stories and pray for each of you. I truly hope that each of you are blessed very very soon.
